Upper West Side - W 69th St near Central Park West has been handing out candy for years, make sure you get there early to beat the crowds and enjoy the decorations and entertainment or stroll over to W 87th street and stop by the brownstones for great candy and decked out houses!
Upper East Side - The Halloween Spooktacular on E 92nd st has more than just candy, check out the games, costumes and decorated homes.
Greenwich Village - Instead of the crowded and chaotic Village Halloween Parade, head over to the Children’s Halloween Parade in Washington Square park and enjoy trick-or-treat bags, performances, games, and rides.
